• BOAT CAN NOT GO PAST THE PATTON ISLAND BRIDGE BELOW WILSON DAM TO THE EAST AND MAY NOT GO FURTHER THAN THE BOTTOM OF SEVEN MILE ISLAND TO THE WEST. This Watercraft must be returned to the renting location dock by check-in time or late charges will be charged at double the rental rate unless authorized by the Lessor.  Any rental that is rented for a longer period than one day must be returned to its designated dockage area prior to marina closing each day rented under this agreement.

Cancelation Policy:

• Any cancelations made 7 days or more before the rental are eligible for a full refund.
• Any cancelations made between 7 days and 2 days before the rental will be changed to a $50 cancelation fee.
• Any cancelations made within 48 hours of the rental are not eligible for any refund. 

Weather Policy:

In the event of the following conditions a reservation will be considered a weather cancelation and issued a refund. All weather cancelations are at the sole discretion of the marina. The following conditions must be present at the time of rental and persist throughout the rentals such that it prevents any use of the boat:

• Consistent rain lasting more than 30 minutes
• winds of more than 15 knots or small craft warning 
• lingering thunderstorms within 20 miles of the lake
• Cloudy skies, overcast or less than ideal temperatures do not trigger a weather cancelation

Helpful Hints:

• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your rental time to allow enough time to prepare you to launch on time.
• When arriving at the marina please park near the main building and proceed to the marina store and look for signs pointing you toward boat rentals.
• There are carts located at the top of the dock to help you transport your gear to the boat. Feel free to use any of the yellow carts. If you need additional assistance feel free to ask any staff member
• When coming on the dock please keep all children safely away from the water until a staff member can assist in fitting a children's life jacket. Remember safety first
